Hello!
I haven't made a blog post in a while and just wanted to explain why. I have lots of problems with depression and anxiety, and for a while I've been feeling full-on ill. My mood has been all over the place, mostly rock-bottom, since I stopped taking antidepressants in April. An influx of stress in my life hasn't helped either! I'm being open about this as I think it's a good thing to do so with mental health issues. I am actively getting help and am usually positive about the future :-)
I have still been painting my nails and posting quick photos here and there using Instagram, but I haven't been up to writing regular blog posts. Hopefully this will change soon and I'll get back to a regular posting schedule. I have a large backlog of manis to post about!

ReplyDeleteFirst of all - (((massive hugs))) I'm going though Anxiety, Panic & deprssion issues right now & haven't been blogging at all - sometimes I can't even face instagram or FB on my phone!
